The pro sports teams in the Miami area quickly offered assistance after a building collapsed in Surfside, Fla., Thursday.

A portion of the 12-story condominium complex collapsed at 1:30 a.m. ET. Three people are dead and search efforts are ongoing, according to ABC News.

Heat guard Tyler Herro and assistant coachces Chris Quinn and Eric Glass traveled to the scene to offer help.

According to ESPN, the three Heat employees “helped load a truck with water, food and other essentials.” Additionally, the Heat arranged for food trucks to feed rescue workers and volunteers.

The Marlins tweeted from their official social media account that they were sending food and supplies to rescue workers, displaced residents and family members impacted by the collapse.

In support of our community during today’s tragic event, we sent three vans filled with meals and water to the rescue workers and kits of essential items and toiletries to the residents who have been displaced and families who have been impacted. pic.twitter.com/OZshXdl7ft

The Dolphins sent meals to volunteers and first responders via their Food Relief Program.

The Panthers tweeted about the collapse, calling the situation “devastating” and sending support to those affected.

It’s devastating to see the horrific scene in Surfside Beach today.

Our hearts ache for the homes destroyed and families and individuals impacted. ❤️

The search for survivors is ongoing. Ninety-nine people remained unaccounted for Thursday night, according to Miami television station WSVN.
